SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use an external company for all our packing and shipping. Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order as well as a tracking number a few days after the order has been processed.
Please note, we will not be held responsible for any customs that need to be paid after the parcel has left the warehouse. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase please send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer a full refund.
STEPS ON RETURNING AN ITEM:
Email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, details of the item you are returning and the reason for the return. We will email you back with a returns label. Your email will need to be sent within 14 days of receipt.
Package your item carefully and securely with your returns label attached. The parcel will need to be dropped off at a designated location near to you or we will arrange for it to be collected from the original address on the order.
We will send you an email when our warehouse receives your return and let you know that we have processed your refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process returns.
Note: Refund time varies between payment processors.
Please ensure the item you are returning is unworn and in a saleable condition with its original tags and packaging.
We are unable to refund items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way.
We do not refund the original postage costs on orders.
We will always replace items if they are defective or exchange your purchase if you require a different size of clothing. If the replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us. If your order hasn’t been processed, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase and any postage costs.
Any undeliverable orders returned to us, will incur additional postal charges to resend and may also incur an additional processing fee. We will not refund undelivered parcels that are returned to us more than 28 days after purchase.
